One Man Took a Bike and Can Now Make Water From Thin Air

By Richard K. Noots

Yep, you read that title right. Kristof Retezár’s Fontus is the newest invention to come from Austria, and it looks like it has the potential to change the world, and not just how we do long bike rides. What happens is as the rider goes on his trek, the air passing through is filtered by the Fontus and essentially uses humidity to create condensation. The small droplets of water eventually collect to fill an entire bottle of water. This is still in it’s test phases, but I’m sure by reading this short intro even you can think of five different ways this invention might change how we deal with water forever!

Talk about a bike pump.
