Greg Green is the principle of Clintondale High school in Michigan. His school had a huge drop out rate, and barely half of the graduating students moved on to college. He knew something had to change. Suddenly, he got an idea. Something he had done when he was a couch. He would have students film themselves doing their routine, so they could visually see what they needed to improve. So, he made it to where his students would watch lectures at home, and then do the classwork with the teachers. Since this change, his passing rate has increased exponentially!
