Nike Is Finally Going To Release The Shoe From Back To The Future

By Ivan Russo

Maybe you missed this announcement. Remember Back to the Future 2? Well, it’s no hoverboard, but Nike has finally stepped up their game and decided to release everyone’s favorite shoe from the early 1990’s. Who knows if the fashion sense will catch on and be as popular as it was in the movie. I suspect this will end up being a gimmick, and only bought by enough people to keep the shelves stocked. Are you gonna get a pair?

I remember those shoes. They look like a pair of ski boots turned into running shoes. I’m sure they will sell like crazy once word gets out. Maybe it will be the new trend in footwear.

Haha, that is awesome! I have been waiting for those. I bet the are going to sell like crazy! I wonder what the price tag will be for a pair? They are a little like ski boots, but still cool.

So funny what we used to think we would have in the future. I think these look silly by today`s standards, but back then, they were the coolest things ever seen before! Hard to know how many will actually sell. I think they are just novelty items that some collectors will buy.

I agree about collectors wanting them. I think a lot depends on the hype surrounding them if they go on the market. They look funny to me but you never know what people will wear.

They do bring back memories. But let’s see, do I “have” to have a pair? Uhm,no. That being said, buying some to hang onto for awhile might make sense. They could amount to something one day.

I reckon these will be more popular with people who are too young to have seen the film when it was first released! I wouldn’t buy them but my nephews would be into something like this.

This was one of my favorite movies growing up. I don’t think that I would want to own a pair of the shoes though. They just aren’t my style and I’m pretty sure my wife wouldn’t want me walking around town in a pair of those.
