This is by far one of the coolest videos I have seen in a while. YouTube user and video artist Filipe B. Costa, or pipocaVFX, used Google Street View Imagery and Hyper Lapse to create this unique look at some of the worlds most recognizable places. The video has quite a mesmerizing effect and gives the viewer an immersive geography lesson in less than 3 three minutes. Nicely done Filipe, I wish we had more videos like this on individual buildings and places. Hopefully that is yet to come!
What did you think of the video? I thought the artist took an everyday piece of life and made it into something that makes us look on in awe. That’s art in my opinion. What do you think? Any good examples you want to discuss? Please share your thoughts!
