Clothes Made For Kids With Autism Should Actually Be The Clothes We All Wear

By Richard K. Noots

There’s a new clothing coming out, and it’s meant for Autism Awareness Day, or Independence Day. What’s this new clothing line all about? Well, ease of access. The plan is to cut out a lot of frustration that can occur with dressing one’s self, like buttons, zippers, matching and other fashion faux pas that aren’t as noticeable to those with Autism. They’re making clothes without all that stuff and can even be worn backwards or inside-out! Surprisingly, the clothes are all still quite stylish, so much that I wouldn’t mind this being a regular thing everyone wore. After all, how much time and energy is dedicated to just making sure people like looking at us?
