George E. Hood, a former Marine living in California, is in the best shape of his life. He spends pretty much every day working out, but he’s not about to let it go to waste. Instead, he uses his sheer strength to break records for charity. In this case, it’s for wounded Marine vets, who are George’s biggest heroes. Of course, the real question is, how long did this guy plank for?
Five hours and fifteen minutes.
I can’t even stand that long, let alone do any real physical activity. So, in the case of Semper Fi, where do you stand? I think I’ll just donate to charity instead of trying to break world records.
