So, if midnight keeps rolling around the same time your stomach begins to sound like thunder, read on!

Asian Pears

Delicious, good for and exotic, these will help give your body a new sugar taste it’s craving, but with only sugars you need.

Wheat Crackers

Really, any crackers will suffice. Crackers aren’t really bad for you and are mostly just another way to imbibe salt. But, any self-respecting person on a diet these days always chooses wheat, so it’s a bit of a staple.

Strawberry Shake

Or any fruit shake really. Now, these are high in calories, so if you’ve already had a big meal or two, you may want to avoid these. However, if you’re filling your day with light meals, this is a perfect way to balance your body before bed time.

Cheese Quesadilla

We love cheese! Now, if you’re one of those people that are anti-diary, move along. Unfortunately for you, if you can digest diary and you aren’t eating/drinking it, you’re missing out on a great source of nutrition.

Hard or soft boiled, scrambled, over easy, yolk or none, there’s not really a bad way to eat an egg. Of course, you can easily eat too many eggs, but you don’t need to worry about that if you’re aware of what you’re eating. Instead, use eggs as a great source of nutrition before bed! One is fine, two is bordering a meal. A quick hard boiled egg before bed is a decision you won’t regret in the morning, rest assured!
