Really, any crackers will suffice. Crackers aren’t really bad for you and are mostly just another way to imbibe salt. But, any self-respecting person on a diet these days always chooses wheat, so it’s a bit of a staple.

Or any fruit shake really. Now, these are high in calories, so if you’ve already had a big meal or two, you may want to avoid these. However, if you’re filling your day with light meals, this is a perfect way to balance your body before bed time.

We love cheese! Now, if you’re one of those people that are anti-diary, move along. Unfortunately for you, if you can digest diary and you aren’t eating/drinking it, you’re missing out on a great source of nutrition.

Of course, you can easily eat too many eggs, but you don’t need to worry about that if you’re aware of what you’re eating. Instead, use eggs as a great source of nutrition before bed!
